Here are a few students that have spent time with me. Some of the projects that they have completed are pictured here. There have been many more since, but I’ve not kept up with getting pictures posted here on the website!!

Carrol
Carrol
Carrol is shown here with a full set of PJ’s that she made. She has since made some PJ’s for her husband and son and tells me that they are very happy with them! Good Job Carrol!!

Nicole
Nicole
One of my early pre-teen students. Her grandmother brought her and very patiently waited until we were finished with the lesson for the day. Nicole was 10 when she started sewing.

Rochelle
Rochelle
Rochelle brought her new baby to class with her. He was adorable, but a bit distracting, so allowances were made for the time she needed to tend to him. He’s sooooooooo sweet!

Roxanne
Roxanne
Roxanne did quite a variety of things in class. One of her more special accomplishments was a bag that had interchangeable covers so you could change it to fit your mood and the season if you desired. Way to go Rox!

Samantha
Samantha
This is Nicole’s older sister who started sewing at the age of 13. She is a very bright and attentive student. Both girls have been a joy to work with.

Starr
Starr
Starr is interested in sewing period costumes for herself and her husband. Since her initial project shown here, she went on to make a very complicated Renaissance costume for her husband out of a difficult tapestry material. The results were fantastic!
Thea
Thea worked on projects for her wedding with a nice result.

Tiffany
Tiffany
Tiffany went on an apron making binge! All of her children benefited from her efforts. There is a picture elsewhere on the site of her children’s aprons. All apron patterns are drafted in class and are made to fit the individual that will wear them. The apron pattern as taught can be made to fit from the tiniest child to the very largest adult.
